“I loved Decomposition Day! Spending a day in the forest reflecting on what fungi can teach us about sustainable growth - and about letting go of the things that no longer serve us - was engaging, inspiring, thought-provoking and fun.”

“This was a refreshing and provocative new way of thinking, which is exactly what our team needed!”

“Before learning about decomposition I assumed infinite resources, especially with AI. Now I ask: ‘What are we retiring to free up capacity?’ This mindset changed how I approach everything in my work.”

“I found Sporesight’s workshop genuinely fruitful. After decomposing inherited assumptions, what seemed ossified became fluid and alive. I'd love to apply the strength of the process to other industries!”

“Before, I held onto half-finished ideas in my own practice. After learning to decompose what wasn't working, I released them. Now I'm intentional about work I take on, and far less guilty admitting when something has ended.”

“I loved the materials, design, altar, vibe that you conjured. As someone who believes in a mycelial model of change, it was cool to see you invoke our mushroom mentors to reflect on a very relevant topic. Mushrooms! Endlessly inspiring!”
