01 Masterclass: Rot + Regeneration
A bespoke half or full day of embodied Rot + Regeneration capacity building. Your team learns to rot what isn't serving and regenerate what's next — embedding fungal design principles into a live project or initiative. They leave with fresh possibility, a fun(gi) new lens, and a take-home practice for their daily work.

02 Decomposition Day
A full day nature immersion to go slow, let go, decompose the collective imagination, meet decay and practice the ancient art of rot. Expect a shift from anxiety to regeneration, and a decomposition process to apply in your world and work.

A three-day nature immersion to decompose a live initiative (something extractive, expiring, no longer serving), and leave with a decision: what dies, what grows from the parts. For teams - foresight, innovation, sustainability, leadership.
04 Staying Mycelial
A one-day-a-week embedded fractional role to turn decomposition into organisational habit. Tied to a live or upcoming initiative, Staying Mycelial leaves your team with acquired capacity to run without us and a traceable record of what decomposed and its value recovered.
05 Spore-Print Decomposition Strategy
Our Spore-Print is the strategy that nobody tried: start with what dies. A living, adaptive strategy engagement for purpose-driven leaders in sustainability, innovation and foresight.
